The Hunter Film and Media Guild are looking for film submissions!

The categories are: Film Production I (FILMP 251), Film Production II (FILMP 352), Cinematography (FILMP381), Portable Video Production (MEDP 281), Documentary Production (MEDP 311), Animation (MEDP 299.25 & MEDP 399.14), and we’ll also take Works-in-Progress, Alumni films, or films shot outside of class.

The winner of the Audience Choice Award will have their film automatically entered into the Guild’s Spring Film Festival with their submission fee waived! (Alumni and works in progress will not be eligible for this)

Please make sure that your films that are submitted are less than 15 minutes total running time. Due to time constraints, we will not be able to screen every film that is submitted during the festival. The top 2-3 films selected will be shown.

With the DVD submission, please attach the following:

  • Your name
  • Title of the film
  • Contact information
  • Category and Professor’s name (if applicable)
  • Running time

Submission deadline is Friday, December 10th at 4 pm.

The Film Festival will be held on Friday, December 17th, 2010 at 7 PM in the Lang Hall. Refreshments will also be served.
